Complex License

Complex license (№312-НО/2008), which determines the level of impact of the production activity on the environment issued in accordance with the Environment Protection Act by the MOEW (Ministry of Environment and Water), Republic of Bulgaria.

Art.117 of the Protection of the Environment Act (ZOOS) – The construction and exploitation of new installations and facilities and the exploitation of existing ones for the categories of industrial activities listed in Annex No. 4 receive permission after the issue of a complex licence.

Art.118 The complex licence mentioned in art. 117 is a precondition for the issue of a construction permit.
